These are water treatment plants that produce very clean water. The equipment purifies water from mechanical impurities, dissolved salts, alkalis, ions, bacteria, viruses, etc. The high cleaning capacity is ensured by the main element of the device - the membrane. Membranes also completely purify water of organic matter with molecular sizes larger than 0.0001μ, but smaller amounts of organic matter can pass through the membrane in small amounts. ~ Degree of purification and principle of operation:
1. First stage purification:
Initially, water is supplied to the plant for the first stage of purification. The first stage of purification consists of a filter that purifies the water from mechanical impurities such as sand, rust-removing pieces, pipe deposits, etc.
2. Secondary purification:
Once the mechanical particles have been filtered off, the water enters two sequentially connected activated carbon filters. These carbon filters are designed to purify water from various organic contaminants, microorganisms, bacteria, chlorine and its toxic by-products, lead and toxic heavy metals, pesticides, detergents, etc., and protect the osmosis membrane of the filtration system from the damaging effects of chlorine.
3. Third stage purification:
With the included booster pump, water is fed to the reverse osmosis membrane, which is the most important element in the purification process of this water treatment plant. This membrane acts as a barrier to organic and inorganic contaminants, water-soluble solids, heavy metals, radioactive and carcinogenic particles. Fine pores do not allow squeezing through water, filtering water with a molecular weight of less than 0.0001μ. Water with a higher molecular weight is discharged around the membrane and discharged as dirty wastewater.
Purified water supply:
The clean filtered water is fed into a storage tank designed to maintain pressure and store purified water. The standard set is equipped with a 12-liter tank from which purified 6-7l of water is prepared. Inside the tank there is a membrane, which after filling the tank ensures fast drainage of water to the place of consumption - the tap.
4. Fourth purification stage:
When the consumption point is opened, clean water is provided from the storage tank. This water is fed through a mineralization element. This element is used to improve the chemical properties of drinking water by adding minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and other substances typical of mineral waters. IMPROVES TASTE AND NORMALIZES PH LEVELS. Mineralizing elements contain natural stones that contain the necessary minerals.
Output to the consumer:
The appliance is supplied with a consumption tap. The most popular solution is to place the appliance in the kitchen cabinet, under the sink. In this case, it is necessary to create a hole up to 12 mm in the table surface or sink, so that it is possible to mount a special tap through which the purified water will be provided.

Further operation:
It is necessary to follow the changes of elements independently. The frequency of element changes depends on the quality of the water to be treated. The worse the water quality, the more often it is recommended to change the elements. As standard, the elements are changed about once a year, while the membrane is changed every 3-5 years.
